By installing, accessing, or using the Vinted Bot Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vinted Bot is a Chrome browser extension that automates wardrobe management on Vinted, including but not limited to:

  • Automated reposting of wardrobe listings to boost visibility
  • Smart anti-ban delay system with randomized timing
  • Daily repost tracking and history
  • Wardrobe-wide batch operations

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited to 10 reposts per day. Includes all automation features with daily usage limits.
  • Premium Tier: Unlimited daily reposts, available through Monthly (€19.99/month), Annual (€149/year), or Lifetime (€249 one-time) plans.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with Vinted's Terms of Service and community guidelines
  • Not use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any malicious activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent daily usage limits or technical restrictions
  • Understand that automated actions may carry inherent risks on the Vinted platform
  • Accept responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the Service

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service processes data from your Vinted account to perform automation tasks. We do not:

  • Store your Vinted login credentials
  • Access your Vinted account on external servers
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for premium subscription management
  • Share any of your data with third parties

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or the Vinted platform
  • That the use of the Service will not result in any action from Vinted
  • Any specific increase in sales or visibility on the Vinted platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Vinted or other platforms based on your use of the Service
  • Account restrictions or suspensions on the Vinted platform

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
